AEC Group of Argostoli designed and built Villa Velanidi. We started construction in the summer of 2006 and completed it in May 2007. AEC hit all milestones and deadlines and were a joy to work with. We regularly received updates and photos by email.
We purchased the land through Vinieris Real Estate in 2005 and throughout the construction process and even now the Vinieris brothers and their team have provided great help with everything from guiding us through the legal aspects of the purchase to helping us furnish the villa.
