Inside Villa Velanidi

From the main door you come into the light and airy entrance hall. Off the entrance hall are stairs up and down, a cloakroom, the Ground Floor Bedroom, and a step down to the large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room.

The living room has a fireplace, two large leather sofas, two poufs, a low table, cabinet, lots of shelves and a TV/DVD. Leading off the living room are two full sized sliding glass doors opening to a large balcony with a table and chairs and stairs down to the barbecue and pool. Next to the living room is a spacious dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The tables in the balcony and dining area seat ten so everyone can eat together.

The kitchen has a built in refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. It has lots of drawer, cupboard and counter space. There are plenty of cutlery, utensils and pots and pans. It has a set of porcelain and glass tableware for indoor use and a set of melamine tableware and tumblers for outdoor use.

               

Villa Velanidi has five full bedrooms, each with beautiful views, air conditioning, a mirror and table, side tables, reading lights, and lots of cupboard space.

The top floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a large balcony looking west to the Ionian sea with the best view in the Villa. There is a double bed and an ensuite bathroom containing a bathtub with a shower. There is also a hairdryer in the Master Bedroom.

Next to the Master Bedroom is the Sea View Bedroom which also has a balcony looking over the Ionian sea. The Sea View Bedroom has two single beds.

On the side of the villa is the Mountain View Bedroom which has views of the Ionian sea to the west and Mount Aenos to the east from its balcony. The Mountain View Bedroom has two single beds.

The top floor also has a family bathroom containing a bathtub and a shower.

On the ground floor is the Ground Floor Bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom is under the Mountain View Bedroom and again has a balcony with views of Mount Aenos and the sea. There is a hairdryer in the Ground Floor Bedroom which also has an ensuite bathrooom with a shower.

Leading from the entrance hall on the ground floor is a WC.

The fifth bedroom, the Poolside Bedroom, is next to the pool on the lower floor and has its own sliding glass door to the pool. It has two single beds.

Next to the Poolside Bedroom is a spacious bathroom with a shower and a washing maching.

       

The Villa is on a gentle slope so the lower floor opens to the pool. As well as the Poolside Bedroom there is a large playroom with two sliding glass doors leading to the pool. It has a small sofa, two chairs and a table which can also go outside.

This space also has shelves and hooks to store swimming items, pool loungers, sun umbrellas, drying rack and other gear. In the corner is a counter, sink and cupboards. We also leave an iron and ironing board here for your use.
